[Linux-bruxelles] lenteur réseau: aide au diagnostic

Bonjour,

Je constate chez moi des lenteurs de réseau peu supportables alors que
j'ai payé pour que cela aille vite.

je ne comprends pas pourquoi par exemple il y a des pertes de paquets
et ce que cela peut vouloir dire.

Depuis l'ordi de ma femme (sur Windows pour des raisons "médicales"
!), voici les résultats que j'ai eus.

Si vous avez des idées et pistes, cela m'aiderait beaucoup.
