a) Redemarre la machine et regarde le tout premier ecran affiché sur 
l'écran (cela te donne toutes les informations à propos de la carte 
graphique) à condition bien sur qu'un écran soit connecté au pc!

b) connaissant la carte installée dans un slot PCI ou la carte mère 
(avec controlleur graphique intégré)- information obtenue avec lspci 
-vvv par exemple, tu cherches les spécifications sur le site web du 
constructeur

c) tu installes un des paquets suivants:
Package: gxproc

qui présentent joliment l'information mais ne donnent rien de plus que 
lspci -vvv.
