Bein, tu peux compiler toi même si tu le souhaites, il te manques des libs
-devel je vais faire une petite recherche si ma proposition suivante ne te
convient pas:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:savoury1/graphics
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:savoury1/multimedia
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:savoury1/ffmpeg4
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:savoury1/gimp
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gimp

Ca installe la version 2.10.18

Si tu veux compiler toi même en fait le gars du ppa propose aussi les lib
devel.
