[Linux-bruxelles] Erasmus, fonds, PDF illisible :( ?

Salut à tous,

Une collègue qui pour une asbl cherche à obtenir de fonds pour faire venir des
gens d’un autre pays, auprès de « L’Europe », via Erasmus...

Elle reçoit un PDF illisible avec nos logiciels libres :(

Je ne peu malheureusement pas vous le communiquer car il y a probablement déjà
dedans des informations propres à sa situation :(

Mais peut-être certains ici verrait d’emblée de quel genre de merde il peut
s’agir ?
