Oh la la non, l'Ubuntu Software Store c'est jamais qu'un frontend de
plus au-dessus d'apt, comme Synaptic, l'upgrade manager, le Add/Remove
Applications, etc.

Quant à faciliter l'installation de logiciels non libres, je dirais
que leur installation est déjà bien facilitée par leur présence dans
des dépôts officiels d'Ubuntu, que ça ne changera pas grand chose ici.

  The Ubuntu Software Store is a graphical utility for package
  management in Ubuntu. In version 1, it will build on the basic
  philosophy of Add/Remove Applications and make it even easier to
  use.  In later versions, it will grow to replace Synaptic, gdebi,
  some parts of the Computer Janitor, and possibly Update Manager.
  Having a single interface will make handling software easier,
  socially improve security, hopefully free space on the CD, and
  provide a prominent showcase for Ubuntu and partner software. The
  Store is implemented using Python, GTK, and Aptdaemon, and may use
  PackageKit for some components.

Pour ce qui concerne des logiciels non libres et payants, qui existent
déjà aujourd'hui, la seule note est un point prévu pour octobre 2010 :

  Provide the ability to purchase software from within the Store.
