On Monday 19 October 2009 SIGCHI.be, the Belgian professional
association for
Human-Computer Interaction (www.sigchi.be), organises its first full-day
conference
on New Communities.
Theme: New Communities
This year's theme addresses the heightened interest in building and
supporting
communities in all its shades: groupware, work communities, social
networks,
community software & tools. It also refers to the new community of Belgian
HCI professionals that this conference wants to bring together, enabling
people
to step forward and present their work to their peers and to the broader
ICT
community.
