[Linux-bruxelles] grub prob

hey

when booting an old system (ibm thinkpad 600E),
with openwrt (busybox'ed linux, targeted to embedded devices, compiled
for plain i386)
GRUB (v1.5) shows a welcome image, to wait while loading,
alas, i'm idly waiting for godot...

anybody knows how i can debug this ? -- is grub outputting error msgs somewhere?
