Hello,

Thanks for these explications.

If I understand : it's ONLY Proximus who block all these functions (not
"""usefull"" for "free" customers... :-( )  ?

If we buy an HTC not link to Proximus (or Base or Mobistar), do we have
a full features without all these problems ?


It's really BORING all these exclusive accords with some operators...
and they decide what is "good" for you :-(
