y'a probablement un problème dans la config de ton exim :p

un petit dpkg-reconfigure exim4-config ?

Sinon la solution radicale :
apt-get remove exim
rm -r /etc/exim4
rm -r /var/spool/exim4
apt-get install exim4

et hop on reprend a zéro.

Ton relay.skynet.be doit juste être configuré en smarthost.
