      Belgium is using OpenSC.

      The pkcs11 lib for Belgian EID cards is based on OpenSC. We will
      try  to merge  those changes  into OpenSC,  but it  will  take a
      while.

      For  now  the complete  source  code  is  available or  you  can
      download the binaries.

      Thanks to Belgium for donating code to the OpenSC project!
