En fait c'est iwconfig qui découvre la carte mais ifconfig????

si je fais un ifup eth1 j'ai ceci:

Pourtant un lspci donne:

Pour info j'ai aussi installé ifplugd qui devrait normalement activer et
détecter automatiquement l'interface qui a trouvé du réseau (je sais pas
si cela fonctionne).

Ma question est la suivante: Pourquoi un ifup eth1 ne fonctionne pas?
J'ai oublié quelque-chose?
