En fait,  il essaye une  connection sur le  port 8081 mais  le serveur
n'écoute pas  le localhost-ipv6  et donc  il fait un  petit RST  de ta
tentative.

Un  petit truc  simple  remplace  le localhost  ->  127.0.0.1 dans  ta
commande ssh par le -L8081:127.0.0.1:8081.

Je crois (IMHO)  que ton problème est lié à  la double stack ipv4/ipv6
et la résolution du localhost.
