Hello Stan,
2 solutions:
1) Tu scriptes! et hop . ./installe_moi_java_papa.sh
2) il y a des packages comme jikes sur Debian. Si j'ai bon souvenir, 
celà venait d'IBM mais je ne sais pas où ça en est maintenant.
Dans mon opinion-expérience, blackdown est la meilleure solution.
