[Linux-bruxelles] [CarrefourBLinux] TR: y a-t-il un gros bug dans le kernel 2.4.22?

Ce n'est pas moi qui le dis, mais carément Klaus Knopper... Voici le
cas que je lui ai soumis cette semaine, et sa réponse. Si les
specialistes ont une idée ou si d'autres peuvent faire des tests, ma
foie ça pourrait être d'une grande utilité.

Please test with a zip disk inserted, if you have a chance to do so.
Normally, it should work with no problem even without a medium inserted,
unless there is an interrupt conflict with the Zip drive. If not, you
may have found a Kernel bug in 2.4.22.

Maybe the ZIP drive is just slow in responding, while rebuild fstab
tries to find out the filesystem of an (nonexistent) medium?

Si vous faites l'essai avec Oralux, y a à parier que le même problème
a lieu, en plus du problème déjà connu de la ligne append dans
syslinux.cfg
(mais je doute qu'il y ait bcp de monde ayant un hdb avec un média
vide; faudrait que j'essaye de booter une Kno ou Ora sur un cdrom en
hdd).
