Unfortunately the conference room is designed for 140 and Laurence has 
got 175+ registration already.

I don't know yet how she will deal with this. ;-)

But chances are that some will not get in (actually her dead-line with 
security was monday). She spended the day refusing peaple and explaining 
how sorry she was for this.
