J'ai réinstallé glib-dev avec SuSE (Yast) et ça marche. (Pourqoi?)

Mais maintenant c'est lors de ./config de omi que ça marche pas.
J'obtiens le massege suivant:

checking for oms-config... /usr/local/bin/oms-config
checking for OMS - version >= 0.1.2... no

for the
*** exact error that occured. This usually means oms was incorrectly 
installed

configure: error: OMS is required
