Oui on peut le faire avec webmin(*), mais si tu veux le faire en ligne de
commande:

mysql tabase < tonfichier.sql

et le contraire, mysqldump tabase > tonfichier.sql

(*) Pour une administration de mysql via le web, je lui préfère
l'excellent phpMyAdmin
